Duties and Responsibilities
Your role and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
School and institutional relationship development (Primary focus)
Building and maintaining strong relationships with high schools, private schools, colleges and feeder institutions.
Developing structured engagement plans per school including presentations, parent evenings, career days, study abroad workshops.
Positioning Sable International as the trusted study abroad partner.
Maintaining a consistent presence in key schools throughout the academic year.
Partnership and channel development
Identifying and developing new lead sources, including partner agents, education consultants, corporate partnerships, and community organisations.
Building mutually beneficial partnerships that drive consistent referrals.
Negotiating and managing partnership agreements where required.
Lead generation ownership
Delivering agreed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Generating leads through school engagements, events and expos, partner referral, direct outreach.
Ensuring all leads are accurately captured in CRM, properly tagged by source, handed over cleanly to SSAO team.
Event and activation delivery
Planning and executing school visits, info sessions, study abroad events, partner activations.
Supporting major campaigns such as study abroad expos and regional marketing initiatives.
Ensuring strong conversion from events into leads.
Collaboration with marketing
Working closely with the Marketing Officer to align campaigns with school activity, drive attendance to events, amplify partnerships through digital channels.
Providing on-the-ground insights to improve campaign targeting.
Market intelligence and growth opportunities
Identifying trends and opportunities in the local market.
Providing feedback on competitor activity, student demand trends, new partnership opportunities.
Contributing to regional growth strategy.
CRM discipline and reporting
Maintaining accurate records of school engagements, partner relationships, leads generated.
Tracking leads by source and conversion performance by channel.
